Get to Know Anisa
Where I go to college: MIT
My Major: Probably math, but who knows J
My year in college: Freshman
My hometown:
My dreams for my future: I would like to be a crazy math professor.  Both crazy and brilliant, so that half my students can hate me for being crazy and half can love me for being brilliant.
How I plan to get there: Via a Ph.D.  And by way of MIT and somewhere else for grad school.
My favorite things to do: read (especially cheap sci-fi/fantasy books); talk on the internet; play the cello; sing; spend time with my friends; make new friends; write (see www.deviating.org); listen to music like the Beatles and Phish; swing dance; play cards; obsess over musicals, fonts, and other such things; draw fractals; try to quantum tunnel; ask people if they would rather have one rare tulip bulb or 20,000 pounds of cheese.
My favorite books: Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett,  Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Pirsig, The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
My favorite thing about me: my optimism
Advice for girls: always trust your own good judgment and never hesitate to voice your opinion
